1. This is so not Wisconsin.
This is the stuff I would expect to see in Texas maybe. Not in my state. :(

3. I am appaled by what has happened to WI and what will
happen as Walker and his repug poodles run us over. My spirit is waning.

2. This new regime
sprouting like shit waffles on what is left of what we had, knows no ethics, rules or concern for those who voted for them and those who didn't.

They will pummel what we had, like modern-day Brown Shirts, until they have destroyed everything with a blitzkrieg of corporatism and self-interest.

There are major cracks in our system and they have been discovered and exploited. We have not yet addressed the flaws that the neo-Fascists have utilized to assault our basic values and way of life. We must change our system and values and way of life in a way that corresponds to the attack our our ability to survive and thrive. In that sense, this is a call to arms as a metaphor for just how grievous and dire our current plight is.

Or we could just talk about the most popular TV show, office gossip, and wedge issues as a way to ignore what is a most crucial and potentially devastating crises, akin to the rise of a certain group in a certain country in another time.

We are at the brink of something. If we are going to resort to apathy and distraction, it is not very hard to figure out just how the story will go. In that case, the final chapter will not play well for a larger part of We The People. That is for sure.

On the other hand, if we take the challenge and put down the gauntlet, we could find this segment of history to be pivotal and pregnant with new possibility because change is the constant and we need a new way to deal with the times we are in.

4. I really, really hate Republicans.
They (and the cretins who vote for them) are fucking evil. And these are the very same people that Obama wants to be all bipartisan with? Fuck them. I want them to suffer and preferably die.

7. Many states have a state ID system, so a suspended/revoked license
is not necessary. Florida has such an ID for non-drivers. When a license is suspended/revoked, isn't it turned over to the state?

If a person has a current WI address, should not that person have gotten a WI license? If he/she is not going to be a permenent resident, can not he/she get an absentee ballot from the previous place where registered?
