Reward Offered After Dogs Dumped on California Highway
http://www.thedogfiles.com/2011/05/06/reward-offered-after-dogs-dumped-on-california-highway/

suspect driving a white van was seen dumping over one dozen small dogs in the middle of oncoming traffic on the Imperial Highway in El Segundo, California last week.

El Segundo Police said as many as six dogs were rescued and taken to local adoption centers during the ordeal, which reportedly lasted as long as 6 hours.

One witness recalled seeing a dog hit by a car and dragged 20 feet. “I grew up on a farm in Colorado with horses and dogs and cats, and was always around animals, where they get injured or need help, but I’ve never seen anything like this,” Kellie Peters told Cesarsway.com.

1. I've seen this happen more often
than I can stomach. Unwanted dogs/puppies/cats/kittens dumped on the freeway. I've been on the freeway and saw puppy carcasses every few hundred feet. Can you imagine being the driver behind one of these evil monsters? There wouldn't be a thing that you could do. I'm sorry but some people just flat out don't deserve to draw a human breath.

4. If they shut down puppy mills, it wouldn't happen as often.

8. If they are going to dump them
can't they dump them somewhere where they have a chance? Just because they don't want them, why condemn them when there are people who would take them?
