My apologies for my past enthusiasm. I am taking my numbers from GAB's posted spreadsheets and they qualify it as the unofficial numbers. Indeed they were "unofficial". Yesterdays numbers from GAB were transposed showing a greater number of votes for Kloppenburg then actually recorded. After cross checking GAB's numbers I found a an issue with Wasburn county that I corrected but not entirely before the editing time expired for the OP.
While the numbers do show a modest increase for Kloppenburg, realize that the remaining counties to be counted are mainly democratic with the exception being Waukesha... keep the faith DU. Time will tell.
