GOP lawmaker: Fetuses are ‘the most persecuted minority in the worl
Source: RawReplay
By David Edwards

Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) pleaded with lawmakers Wednesday to support his anti-abortion legislation.

“Someday I truly believe future generations of Americans will look back on us, especially policymakers, and wonder how and why such a rich and seemingly enlightened society, so blessed and endowed with the capacity to protect vulnerable human life could have insisted and instead aggressively promoted death to children and the exploitation of their moms,” he said in a speech on the House floor.

“They will note with deep sadness, some of our politicians, while they talked about human rights, never lifted a finger to protect the most persecuted minority in the world: the child in the womb.”

“Back and vote for H.R. 3, ‘The No Taxpayer Money for Abortion Act,’” he concluded.

Then the GOPers don't give a damn. No medical care, no Head Start, no welfare, no nothing, because it's against the GOP's fuck-you ideology to help the children of the "undeserving" poor.

16. He is the #1 abortion provider, by far.
But spontaneous abortions will now become a chargeable offense - accidental manslaughter, I guess. And Republicans will need to install webcams in every bedroom so they can protect the constitutional rights of blasto-Americans. And mandatory pregnancy screening for all women of childbearing age. Got to have an even application of the law, right?

10. Since when did fetuses become a minority?
They're produced all over the planet, every hour, every day.

What an idiot...

14. Gonna need a bigger government and more prisons to handle all of the new criminals.
Which is a lot of Americans. Remember, in Republican world a blastocyst - this: . - has more rights than the woman who is carrying it.

Meanwhile, as Republicans wage a cultural war in this country....still no jobs.
