That was what Gov. Chris Christie had to say yesterday to federal officials demanding New Jersey repay $271 million after he scrapped plans to build a new rail tunnel from New Jersey to Manhattan.

He told a town hall audience in Manalapan yesterday he would fight the Obama administration in federal court to keep the money.

“I ain’t paying it,” Christie said. “We’re going to go to court. We’re going to go before an impartial judge and the judge will decide.”
