Somehow that escaped me yesterday. How ironic could that be?

5. Immediately after George AWOL Bush (R) spun out the "Mission Accomplished" BS
Edited on Tue May-03-11 05:28 AM by SpiralHawk
The Old Man of the Mountain in Franconia Notch, NH -- a national symbol of honesty and integrity -- crumbled to dust.

As AWOL Bush strutted and fretted his hour about the deck, he and his Republicon cronies dragged the honor of the nation deeper yet into a cesspool of lies. The Old Man lost face. Literally. Symbolically. resoundingly. Very sadly for America and the rest of the world.

The Old Man is gone. The war endures.
