Does DU look weird for anyone?

I have "x's" down the entire left side of my screen. Where it usually shows a folder. And all the replies have the "x" in front of them too

JK. There's apparently a lot of people on DU. When traffic gets so heavy they remove some things so the site continues to work.

degraded mode because of very heavy traffic on the DU site.
