8 p.m. EDT. Just sayin', for those who loved him.

2. Good movie but I was surprised that there was another horse movie after "Seabiscuit"
but I guess the privileged have to have their moment to counter the people having a moment.

4. He was a once-in-a-generation horse.
Not really much of a horse race fan, but I remember this one well....just an awesome creature that dominated the races he entered. I remember how sad I was when I heard he died.

Wouldn't Secretariat versus Seabiscut have been a race to watch..

5. That is what was so special
People loved him. My mom didn't watch racing, but she was at the TV from the Wood to Belmont. She cried when he died as did I.

The movie is ok. It is more about Chenery than it is about Secretariat, which was a disappointment to me. What made us love him? Why hasn't any other horse had the same effect? People still go to Claiborne Farms to pay their respects.
