I left for several (a couple?) years because of all the negativity flowing around here, popped back in around the election in 08, and came back recently because I needed to reconnect with the issues. While that did happen, I'm heading on and not coming back because the attitudes and interactions are even worse now than they were in '04 when Kerry lost.
I just wanted to say thanks to you guys, Skinner, Earl and Elad for making and maintaining this site, because it has a lot of good information and a lot of good people. Being in charge is extremely difficult, especially when you have to make hard decisions that aren't popular with a majority of people, or even a vocal minority. Your (anyone's) style of decision making will always draw criticism, but just keep doing things the best you can do while basing them on your tenets and things will work out fine.
I wouldn't trade places with you, and I dare say those who criticize you would not either. It's one thing to say you want to be in charge, but another to go out and do it.
I just can't be here anymore without it bringing me down. I'd hoped it would be different, but it isn't.
Take care guys and keep up the good fight, :toast: k-a-b
