I would like permission to have my post unlocked please. I am NOT fundraising at all. I am seeking
help from the DU community for job assistance. The moderator "Greatauntof triplets" locked the below post:

Wife with MS, two children one with Special Needs Child and soon to be out of work: HELP Please!

I am 51 years old with a wife who has multiple sclerosis,a son with Prader Willi Syndrome another son who passed away in a tragic accident three years ago at age 18 and my youngest is about to turn 18 in two weeks. he is a freshman at a local community college. I was informed today that I maybe out of work in 60 days and perhaps even sooner. I can not afford even to miss one paycheck so I am desperate for help.

I have extensive sales experience having worked at Cisco in a inside sales capacity and am currently doing inside sales for a large software house in North Carolina. Please let me know if you can help in any way possible!I realize unfortunately that I am only one among literally many millions of other fellow Americans but if you can help in any way possible I would be eternally grateful.

Thank you!

1. I'm very sorry to hear about your situation.
It appears that the moderators read the part about asking for help in any way possible, and thought you were asking for money. So, the thread was not clear, and I think you should probably re-post.

If you are not hoping for financial assistance, then you should make clear in your thread what type of help you are asking for.

If you are hoping for financial assistance, you must include this required disclaimer:

Required disclaimer: The administrators of Democratic Underground have given permission for one discussion thread on this topic. The administrators of Democratic Underground make no claims regarding the legitimacy or illegitimacy of this fundraising effort. Permission was granted by Skinner on 8/26/11, and the moderators have been notified.

Best of luck to you. I know times are tough.

2. Thank you very much Skinner! I appreciate your words and support
I will re-post this tomorrow or Sunday when I will have time to respond to any potential requests for details or feedback. I will be certain to make a clear distinction that I am looking for job assistance-not financial solicitation.
