Good afternoon, guys -
Someone made the following comment, and I'd to check with you if there's any validity to this:
" There are posters that pick up a dozen unrecs within seconds of posting. The unrec squad isn't reading the post. They are automatically unreccing certain people. It makes them feel special."
It's not so important who wrote that as what the policy might be about the use of RSS feeds and software that would unrec comments just because of the author without reading the comment.
I have some related questions:
Would this sort of thing be treated as a form of stalking?
Are automatic unrecs, whether automated or not, an abuse of community rules?
Are you able to pick up on such behavior, if indeed it occurs? (Unrec button hit within a couple seconds of the unreccer opening that page)
Has anyone ever been warned or sanctioned about unrec abuses?
Wanted to see what you think about this and whether there is a policy. If there's a policy, and a problem, can we have this addressed?
Thanks -
