Don't you think it is wrong to question my motives just because some DUers do not agree with ...
the content of an article or DU post.

The is the second time that I have had an OP locked do to a moderator questioning my motives.

The locked thread is here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=433x717205#717480

I find it highly appropriate to expose a public figure if their intention is to work against democrats.

I find it wrong for DU to questions my motives , and for a moderator to accuse a DUer (ME) of posting an OP to intentionally cause a 'train wreck' I find offensive.

Is there some reason that exposing Dan Choi's political leanings is against DU rules?
And if so please direct me to that rule.

1. It's not out of bounds to criticize Dan Choi on this website.
But if you do it in a highly provocative fashion you take your chances.

2. I believe when/if moderators are locking threads they shouldn't do it as a 'call-out'

Example from the 'locking message' from the locked thread:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=433x717205#717480

In my opinion it should not have been locked with such a nasty comment posted by a moderator. The moderator has a right to his/her own opinion but I do not believe they should be allowed to publicly ridicule a DUer with a false accusation.

I believe that in this case the wording of the locking message was highly offensive and an apology is in order.

Thank you for your time.

p.s. I still do not see why my OP which mainly consisted of 'the facts' was locked, I believe it was locked only due to the fact that other DUers who support Choi complained because they do not want 'any' criticism at all of Choi posted on DU.
