I am not able to connect to DU.....

with Charter Cable, in Los Angeles area. I get an error message. I haven't had this problem before for 10 years of DU. Did you change any of your settings?

(I am posting this with Earthlink dial-up)

Edit to add: I am not having a problem accessing any other web site with Charter Cable, and have not changed any of my settings.

1. I'm sorry for the inconvience.
Unfortunately there hasn't been much we can do other than to ask people to wait it out. Hopefully you will have access to DU again today (if you haven't already).
