A suggestion for February 6--might be crazy but here goes...
Can DU mark the Dripper (er, I mean, Gipper)'s b-day with maybe the opening screen on a black background or some such thing? I think a lot of us of a certain age would not be so active in internet politics if it wasn't for the dreadful droppings we're still cleaning up today from him.

Mere words cannot describe how I feel about this, this... man (trying to be DU civil here!)
