(edited to correct link and a typo)
MSNBC has now picked up this story from AP about the lawsuit against TSA filed in Federal Court by a CO lawyer. Inexplicably moderators chose to delete the thread from the 28th started by KPETE. I haven't received a reply as yet as to why. That posting included a link to the actual legal filing. I find it disheartening that a moderator would chose to delete this thread for no apparent reason, offering no explanation.
Here is the current AP wire story. I may go post another thread on it and see what kind of response it receives this time. I am really at a loss as to why some threads are being unilaterally deleted without explanation. It seems correlated with subject matter and I fear may be representing increasing problems with moderator bias. I don't throw this out lightly. I am well aware of the cycles we experience and how difficult the moderator job can be, having been around since early in 2001. I do try hard to be both understanding and to give benefit of the doubt.
