after reading many critiques of "her" book, she has shat on long line of people for years. Not just her enemies, but many of her biggest supporters too. Not a surprising history for an ignorant narcissist.

Of course the Rainbow Tour reminds me of the 2008 campaign but now every time I hear or read about palin the song 'Don't Cry for me Argentina' plays in my head. Especially the lyrics show below.

14. This brings back memories of a JK Rowling book signing here in NJ

The local Borders had her there and they overestimated how many books she could reasonably sign in the time allotted. When she made her regrets and left, there were shouts and complaints -- but not against Rowling or against Harry Potter. People chanted "Barnes and Noble, which had a location a few miles down the road. (We actually didn't know anything about it - we were getting books, my kids were overjoyed to simply get a glimpse of her.

The thing that is really odd, is that no matter how long I waited, I would never have said similar things about John Kerry or any other politician I was hoping to get something signed by. If I cared enough to do buy the book and wanted to get it signed, I would have far too much respect for the person. (I do have books signed by Kerry, Bill Bradley - and thanks to my oldest daughter getting it signed in 2005, Obama. )
