Trump debate could be Newt vs. Santorum

Paul and Huntsmen have already declined.

Cain is out of the running.

That just leaves Romney, Bachmann and Perry - none of whom have accepted the invitation as of yet.

With it being during the "holiday season" I can see at least some of that trio excusing themselves.

Romney may find himself with nothing to gain from such an appeance.

4. Mr. Frothy Family Values Christianist Santorum sharing the stage with this guy:

Donald Trump, who, on The View yesterday, praised 24-year-old daughter Ivanka’s hot body. Asked about the possibility of Ivanka posing for Playboy, Trump said, “I don’t think Ivanka would do that, although she does have a very nice figure.” Then he upped the creepy quotient by about 100, saying, “I’ve said if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I’d be dating her.”

And dont forget this policy speech, delivered at one of his Satan-inspired, sinful gambling casinos earlier in the year:

Trump used the "f-word" five times throughout his remarks, scoffing at his dealings with "f---ing politicians" and saying that oil cartels should be instructed that they are "not going to raise that f---ing price."

I'm sure Ricky would be just as silent on this if Trump were a liberal moderating a Democratic debate.

Oh, and there's that whole "Thou shalt not bear false witness" thing, which might not mix well with Trump's inventing bullshit about how his secret Hawaiian investigators discovered 'amazing things' about the president.

How many debates do these guys need?

What is it that people are waiting to hear that hasn't been said?

I must say I do like the one-on-one debate idea that Newt has been pushing.

He had one with Cain and is having one with Huntsman I believe in the near future.

At least in those, you get to hear actual positions instead of silly sound bites.
