8. Huckabee....they inflated his ego until he lost traction and
dropped out. I don't think they ever had him back on the show again. Their worship of him was just like what they are doing with Christie.

health care, complaining that it went to far, blah blah blah . . .

And then they turned right around and launched into their worship-fest of Christie because "He does big things, even when they're not popular. THAT's leadership!"
