Global Economies are Obama's too?

The economy and the recession has been struggling to move in any consistent upward spiral since Obama took office. It seems anything and everything Obama does, merely stops the economy from sinking further, but is not striking a mark in significant growth. I realize that GOP/McConnell's goals of ensuring Obama fails has played into much of this. IMHO, the reality is that the world wide economy stinks. BUT, there is a consistent talking point from the Right, that the economy continues to falter because of Obama policies.

My question is that recently in the news there has been a lot of talk about Greece and in fact much of Europe and even Japan and China that have faltering economies. Realizing the global economy is in a world wide crisis...do you think that the national economy will actually be weighted heavily against Obama?
