While shooting her reality TV show, Bristol Palin got into it with a gay man who heckled her as she rode a mechanical bull at the Saddle Ranch bar in West Hollywood.

Hollywood TV writes: "Bristol Palin...was enjoying her time at West Hollywood's Saddle Ranch restaurant with her friends and the film crew of her new reality show. Bristol got on the mechanical bull and rode it. But, as Bristol fell off the mechanical bull a man from the bar started shouting things to Bristol such as 'Your mother is a whore,' 'Did you ride Levi like that,' and 'Your mother is a f***ing devil.' Well Bristol was not happy and having any of that especially in front of her film crew and the paparazzi. Bristol quickly walked over and confronted the man and both began shouting and arguing."

PALIN: "Alright, is it because you're a homosexual?"

MAN: "Pretty much. And why'd you say I'm a homosexual?"

PALIN: "Because I can tell you are. This is your boyfriend. And that's why you don't like my mom.

MAN: "No, that's not why I don't like your mom. Your mom is evil."

The amount of hatred and homophobia spewed by Mother Sarah has been echoed by the two oldest daughters on public electronic media.

I'd say this would be inevitable. While it isn't right--the guy was an absolute drunken asshole. Nonetheless, I'm afraid I can't find a lot of sympathy for Bristol. Seems to me that she gave as good as she got. Classy. :eyes:

He first shouts when she's at least 15 feet away in a crowded restaurant on the cushion for the mechanical bull. When he first shouts she knowingly smiles as if it is her cue. She gets right up and walks right over to the exact guy without even having to look around. Her first question: "You want her dead?" is incongruous to genuine anger. The conversation is very contrived and first sounds scripted and then ad-libbed. Faking it is a Palin family tradition.

Ask any LGBT person--it's a pretty common occurrence.

In this case, the tourist in question is the crown princess of a political movement built on homophobia, not just a random fratboy who wandered in off the street.

I tend to agree with others further up this post that this looked scripted, and more than likely was.

Nothing wrong at all with hating everything evil that Sarah stands for. I'm with you. The thought that this woman has even the remotest of possibility of someday weilding real power is downright terrifying.

But the total acceptance of people in this thread accepting and condoning this behavior is not much less terrifying.

Really, if we say it is okay for people to attack the children of Palin in a manner like this, then we have to accept people attacking the children of President Obama like this.. NEITHER will ever be acceptable behavior in my book. As much as I despise Palins politics, I wouldn't even condone people directly verbally attacking her like this as acceptable any more than I'd accept it on any other political figure, regardless of if it's the ones I support, or the ones I'll fight dollar, and vote against.

But that's the problem, I for one do not believe it is real. If it were real, I'd call out my fellow homo out and clearly state his words are not moving the dialog forward, in fact it's moving them backwards.

1) They are both under the age of 18. Bristol is not.
2) They are both CURRENT residents of the White House. Bristol is not.
3) They have not been cited MULTIPLE times in the Media for negative LGBT comments. Bristol has.
4) They are not celebrity personalities. Bristol is.

Have any run of the mill Hollywood agent, producer, director or actors offer analysis on BOTH of them and they will tell you it's staged. His acting was horrible, specifically when Bristol ask "Why do you not like my mom?" guy replies with some comment like, because she is alive??? Really? Pathetic.
