It's simple... according to ironclad¹ fact, Obama's mom stole the SSN of a French immigrant who was born in 1890 and died in 1977... and that she simply didn't report his death to the SSA and gave Obama the French guy's SSN.

Except that the only guy named Jean Ludwig who was born in 1890... died in 1981. In Hawaii. His SSN was 045-26-8722.


I suppose it could have been SOME OTHER Jean Ludwig born in 1890, who also died in Hawaii and who's application was sent from Connecticut, though.
