and to my eyes it doesn't look that good for Walsh in the long run. The lawyers demand a bunch of shit from the ex-wife without any real legal stand to do so in order to drag it out. Then when her lawyers don't provide it they go crying to the judge (really just the media) for sanctions as though they were actually due those documents.

The judge will likely allow a continuance so they can bitch and moan over the documents and then eventually rule that they aren't needed.

Sounds to me like ol' Joe is a bit worried about losing this case just before re-election time.

Joe Walsh is a real bush league scumbag, in the same vein as a lot of (read damn near all) the other teabaggers.
