. . .rather he will fly home and hold his own town hall meeting instead.

Let's keep a head count on how many of this Republican assholes will do the same. They have no fucking class. . .whatsoever.

Joe Walsh Skipping Obama Jobs Talk

Congressman Joe Walsh (8th) has made a congressional career out of criticizing President Barack Obama.

The freshman Tea Party Republican just yesterday used a perjorative to describe the president.

“How idiotic is this president?” Walsh said to the GOP crowd Wednesday night in Nunda Township, according to the Northwest Herald. “I don’t want to be disrespectful, but he’s going to bring forth a jobs plan next week. Think about that for a minute. He’s been in office for three years. He’s destroyed job creation systematically for three years.”

Thursday he told Ward Room that he will skip the president's job speech - rescheduled to Thursday - and instead hold his own Town Hall meeting in his district "with the people who really create jobs."
Walsh says the President is "too political."

I was bit a rough in my description. He provided them with a nice edge.

BTW in that concert I saw the Eagles, Jimmy Buffett, Hall and Oates, and Andrew Gold for $10.00

Saw the Stones and Van Halen in 81 for $16.00...

Careful, Joe. If you let people know you're back home, that makes it easier for the state to serve you with a warrant.

What if all (or most of) the Republicans boycott it and the Democrats start voting on stuff?

That would be AWESOME!

30. The Speaker normally is not present.
A designated congressman is assigned to act for him. By tradition the Speaker normally does not even vote on bills unless it is needed in a tight vote. When Pelosi was Speaker she voted on politically symbolic bills but did not vote on most things.

I don't need to hear his plan! I've got more important things to do than listen to some stupid plan! Plans are for jerks! I'm going home!
