I am just posting the link. I am too disgusted with the words this asshole posted. This is a crime and a threat to our national security. I hope this "person" pays the consequences. It's sick. I hope something is done about this.

5. I saw a rightie "friend" post that as well.

It had 15 likes by the time I saw it. I replied that although Bush was the worst president this country has ever had, he destroyed our economy, violated our Constitutional rights, ordered the torture of prisoners who were detained indefinitely with no charges, and allowed the terrorists to "win" in general, I never wished for his death. I said that was mighty Christian of her to think the death of the President and First Lady would be hilarious.

6. I've seen this joke done with Bush on the helicopter.. And various other instances

where Cheney was on a plane. I even saw one with Ted Kennedy vs some republican (forget who) where they were trying to out do how great and generous they were being and the pilot threw both dem and puke odd the plane. I believe the original variation was on a party fight difference and the pilot (representing middle-class regular American) dumped them both. Then the joke changed to politician and wife. It must be somewhat old, 256 mil peopleis too low. We are at 310 or 315 now.

Though I've seen the joke kicking around for a while now, I certainly never thought it was funny nor do I codone the use of it. Its one thing to have the joke as a floating chain email that pops up, it's another when you are a representative of an opposing party that has influence on other members, you are white, older, live in the south, and the Nation elected the first black president. I'd say she should use better judgement, however, she's a member of the teaparty Klan, so she's been supporting and voting against her best interest probably for most of her life (since we know "teaparty is the new word for republican since Bush tarnished the brand).

10. What is it about President Obama

that has a tendency to turn these people's partisan anger and outrage into psychotic bloodlust? Where were these people during the Bushco years and, more importantly, where was the anger and outrage from these people about REAL abuses of Presidential power and REAL irresponsible fiscal policy during the Bushco years? :shrug:
