Mr President
I never watch Fox News.I read very few right-wing blogs.. because of their spin and downright lies.
Now, I can no longer watch MSNBC even the new Keith, because I feel so broken and cheated...
For once Mr President,I would like to leave this world seeing my president fight for what in no untertain terms he "PROMISED" and lose ignominiously, rather than the spin that is coming from you and the so called democrats. Mr President, I am tired of defending you. I have lost the "Hope" you promised not so long ago. I am despondent....not sure I should blame you because I still believe..Am not sure.

1. So apart from watching television,
what have you personally done for your democracy lately....?

3. I've voted and donated to democrats
I've stayed engaged by writing and calling politicians but it hasn't worked. Do you have any bright ideas?

5. Sounds good! Thank you! Keep it up and let's all pump up the volume.......
Republicans want you to despair and give up....
while they pump up their base with unrealistic promises
of balance budget amendments and getting rid of SS and Medicare.

7. No. Electing one person in one election, even at the top of the ticket, is not enough.
If it had been, Social Security would have been privatized under Bush, when he proposed it.

"here's what i wanted, here's what I was forced into by right wing radicals in control of the Republican House."

We are so used to an Imperial Presidency, we forget the amount of power the Congress actually has.

Edit: I mean this in support of Obama. I think we are nearing a point where it doesn't matter whether he wins or loses so much as people see him fighting for us. The question is, do enough people see him as the grownup i the room that they won't get scared if he dares to raise his voice?

Another edit: don't forget, every time Joe Biden points out the elephant in the room, the media people start laughing about his latest gaff! In Washington, if you take note that the other guy is pissing on your shoes, somehow you're the one who is considered impolite!

9. right...
many DUers remember Bush who got whatever he wanted because Repubs followed him and dems were weak; but now Obama is not getting PERFECT progressive legislation passed through congress and the libs are going nuts....even FDR had to compromise and he had super majorities! If people want Obama to pass progressive legislation then get more dems in congress.

8. yes Mr. Obama...
you should have fought for everything listed on this site www.whatthefuckhasobamadonesofar.com oh wait a minute, you did....hmmmm...I'm confused.

Mr. Obama please realize there are many liberals who think you should not deal with repubs because you are a king and can do whatever you want as a king and don't have to act responsibly and should have allowed the country to default....please don't listen to these crazy and insane people! :-)
