2. Probably, but my nose is already squeezed to 1mm thick by holding it.
I'm done with being mugged by Republicans repeatedly so we can appear like "adults." If there was a reasonable alternative, I'd be there in a minute!

10. Absolutely!
Too bad the peeps worked so hard to tear him down and discourage turnout for the Dems in 2010. Not until after 2012 will we see any big progressive bills signed. Unless, of course, DU, et al, helps republicans win yet again.

14. Can we ever say 'it's not about HIM'?
President Obama is a nice, well-meaning man. In some respects he may be admirable. But Presidents aren't movie stars and God forbid we act like adoring 'fans'.

I prefer to not focus on personalities but policies and issues. In the end it's about US> The United states. Which direction are we headed? Which values will WE fight for? Any given politician may have an agenda to advance his goals. His goals may diverge from our best interests at times.

15. I support DEMOCRATIC PRINCIPLES, thank you very much
If Obama decides he doesn't want to stand up for Democratic principles anymore, that's his problem.
