I don't remember Bush getting these types of reactions, most of Clinton's love from overseas crowds came after his presidency. Has any American President attracted the crowds that Obama has overseas?

Also, other than the Pope, what other foreign leader would come here and attract the crowds the size of Obama's?

He makes me so proud.

Regarding your edit: Promoting a third party is against the rules here at DU plus it is stupid beyond measure. One can only assume (1) you want a return to GOP rule or (2) you lack the brain cells required to understand the consequences of splitting the vote.

7. Wait till the Republicans are in full power and kicking our asses to kingdom come then......
And then you may get nolstagic!

Crying about everything and anything Obama? You just fucking wait......
and I hope you are saving your money and putting yourself in a position
to survive what will be next.....the only question is whether it will be in 2012
or 2016.

Like my hubby said, some folks are so out of it, they don't know a good thing
when it is happening till it is gone.

21. Most certainly! They loved Clinton.
And GW's crowd consisted of hordes of security people, at heavy cost to the host country, to hold back the sea of protesters who hated him.
