Rush Set a New Low Today, Do NOT Believe He Praised President Obama.
Rush was being a bigger sarcastic asshole than usual.

Nothing different, but in this case it was even more disgusting. He words were different than the message. He was implying that Obama was taking all the credit for doing this. Credited Obama for keeping the Bush policies going. Overpraised him repeatedly him saying he (President Obama) was THE ONLY one who thought of anything with this operation. Clearly sarcastic.

He was damning through faint praise.

He also messed up/mixed up Obama/Osama way to many times for it to be cooincidence for a "highly trained broadcast professional".

In a long list, that was Rush's worst performance to date.

I tuned in because I wanted to hear what he was going to say. I actually expected something gracious and optimistic. I was disappointed, but not surprised we got neither.

Rush, you should apologize. Yeah-like that will EVER happen.

Today Rush FU, more than I have ever felt. I should have known better and not listened, put a damper on my day. My bad.

2. The worst they react, the better it is for our side
Most everyone sees last night's events as a positive, only a bitter people like Rush see it as a negative and the negative people aren't a majority.

5. I didn't. I knew the snark was coming. However, I do not
think it was Limbaugh's worst. I've heard much worse from him.

12. I overheard some Freepers say similar
One was saying how Obama's speech was full of so many "I"s and "Me"s that you would have thought Obama pulled the trigger himself. The other then said, it was obvious that Obama is a narcissist.

WTF?

After I heard this, I was thinking to myself that maybe I mis-heard the speech or missed something, or just tuned it out. However, I went back and looked at the text of the speech and there is certainly not an over-abundance of I's or Me's in the speech. In fact, at the end, he went out of his way to say "They" about the soldiers that took out bin Laden.

Two different worlds.

average Republicans listening for their daily dose of Rush, would suddenly wake up and realize that this blow hard has nothing good to say about Obama? To even have the ounce of brain matter it takes to spell out for themselves, that President Obama did what George W. Bush could not do ?

No, it just proves that most of them are all haters, and will never give the President one ounce of respect. The President could stand out, on a street corner with a wad of 50 dollar bills in his hand, handing them out to passers by and RUSH's first thought would be.. "NOW, WHERE DID HE STEAL THAT FROM??"

I am so very tired of the right wing in this country.
