Wake up Democrats. Legal Suppression of the Vote is underway

Voter ID--sometimes Birth Certificate or Passport
required for a new voter to register. No one walks
around carrying these items at all times. No
more registering voters at ball gams, parks, Malls
just before the elections.

This is going on in state after state.

This is aimed at Immigransts, College Students. Wake
up Democrats. Waiting until Sept. gives the election
to the GOP.

The Polls mean nothing if people cannot vote.

1. I was a little worried that I may not get confirmation

of my party change. Yup, I had been registered repub since I was 18 because it was what my boyfriend registered as and it let me vote in the primaries in DE. Well, I went to get my driver's license renewed and wasn't even thinking about voting issues until the lady asked me if I was registered to vote, or did I need to update anything. I asked if I could change my party and she said "Yes". Sooooo, for my birthday, I officially changed to Dem. I was surprised that yesterday, I received my new voter reg card. :)

I hope I'm still happy when it comes to primary time. Dems are usually present a pretty safe slate here in DE. It's the repubs who have the whack-jobs (O'Donnell, Rollins, etc).

Of course, I didn't take this 'opportunity' to get a federally compliant license, so mine says 'not for federal identification' on it. Face probably still went into the fed face recognition database. I need to get certified copies of my birth cert, marriage license, and 50 bazillion other docs before I go back and get my license 'upgraded'. If I can do it, maybe I'll just wait until I come up for renewal again in 5 yrs.

After the stolen election 2000, and the questionable election 2004,
you would think that Transparent Verifiable Elections would be a High Priority Issue with the Democratic Party Leadership.
This is an easy WIN/WIN issue supported by 92% of the American People.

5. Yes, bvar22, I agree with you, it's all fake. I found that out when I volunteered for the Harkin

presidential campaign during the primaries in 1992. Lately I've been recalling that experience and how it fits with the present. As we get closer to the 2012 campaign I will post the story on DU.
