Pelosi comes to Florida Monday to bash GOP plan to overhaul Medicare

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi will appear at a senior center in Orlando tomorrow to criticize the Republican budget plan, which includes an overhaul of Medicare. Joining her will be Florida Reps. Corrine Brown of Jacksonville and Kathy Castor of Tampa.

The event is set for 11 a.m. at L. Claudia Allen Senior Center on Mable Butler Boulevard.

1. I wish to God they'd stop using the term "overhaul".. That's repub framing for

"dismantle and replace with a voucher system". The problem is that they know vouchers, or coupons are as popular as a heart attack.

They try to pretend that this "overhaul" will save medicare.. And our supine CorpoMedia© never bothers to clarify.
