Chomsky seems to pontificate on everything to the point that he is a bore. ;)

I don't think all the science is in yet on climate change.

You know that a bit more research has been done since then? From the same (2007) article:

Some of the changes are cyclical.
Some of the changes are solar.
Some of the changes are human-caused.

We can't change the cycles, we can't change the sun, we *CAN* change what humans are doing.
