Regarding HCR Repeal. Let's get a CBO scoring and add a poison pill

We can apparently add amendments so let's do away with all government run Healthcare. Let's gut Medicare and Medicaid and HCR all in one fell swoop and see if the GOP want to go all in are fold.

Getting a CBO score of repeal would reveal that costs go up by something like $140 Billion.

1. I read it was a closed rule, no amendments. Has that changed?

Republicans have scheduled a vote on health care repeal for Wednesday of next week. It will likely be brought to the floor under what's known as a "closed rule," with no opportunity for Democrats to offer votes on amendments.

2. Republicans ignore the CBO when it is inconvenient

I remember when Obama had that televised meeting with Senators and Reps about HCR, and the precious Paul Ryan was claiming that the CBO was "inaccurate". Somebody called him on it, said you cite the CBO all the time and all the sudden you claim it is "Inaccurate"?
