In a CNN story about whether "Some Americans" were offended by Obama's bow to the Emperor of Japan.

We aren't at war with Japan. We haven't been at war with Japan in almost 65 years. Japan has been an ally--an excellent ally at that--for most of our lifetimes.

And yet there are "Some Americans" who are upset because Obama is showing weakness in the face of (the descendants of) our Axis foes? REALLY?!

So where were these people when the last guy try to give a back-rub to the leader of (ex-)Nazi Germany?
