1. Meant!
It may not go through.

Your taxes might go up instead.....
if some have it their way.

It will be interesting to see Democrats
blow their own nose off their faces.

5. But others here don't want you to have that because it meant dealing with REPUBLICANS
You see, no one should ever have to deal with a Republican or Blue Dog in Washington. All you have to do is make some LBJ-style calls and get everyone to fall in line.

So other DUers might think you a sellout for being happy with that money.

Anyway, yeah, a buddy of mine has a couple sons who are cops and they can't wait to reach the ripe old age of 40 so they can retire. Seems like those guys always end up starting some business on their own after they retire and rake in more dough, most of it under the table. No wonder our country is so financially strapped. Good luck in April, though.

i don't know how much our taxes will be for this year. we always owe the feds a few hundred bucks.

13. You get the tax deal while we borrow from China
SOMEONE has to pay for the tax deals. Who do you think it will be, ultimately?

15. While you're enjoying your $20 a week
Your boss will be enjoying $200 a week. And Social Security will find it's finances even more precarious as nearly a third of the employee contributions to FICA are wheedled away, prompting the Repukes to call for 'partial privatization', since obviously, the President didn't care about shoring up the system with that two percent.

I'd gladly give up a couple of six-packs a week of craft brew just to see the rich finally paying something resembling their fair share again.
