In fact it might not be signed until the middle of next year.He just made this statement on Big Ed Show

3. Agreed since we haven't even gotten a Senate passage. Then there would have to be a
conference committee of both Senate and House reps to 'merge' the two bills and then that final bill would have to pass both houses.

9. Heard what Conrad from North Dakota said
He wants Pelosi to give him and Gregg control of all fiscal policies or he will not up the ceiling on American debt. Which means America will default and loose our ratings. He said he wants to be able to have control over social security, medicare and Medicaid. And he will make very deep cuts in all three because we should have fiscal responsibility. Judd Gregg agrees. Of course during the eight years when bush was raiding our treasury, both voted to approve all and everything he did. What a coward. I am sure the people of North Dakota did not know they had such an a** when they voted for him.
