Maddow Show in Alaska: Miller supporters in AK are concerned by Eric Holder?
What do they expect Miller will be able to do if he is elected?

That one boy was concerned about Eric Holder's record on guns. He suggested that everyone should type in the Google. Yet, when Rachel asked him about his record he didn't have a clue.

The twit pushed on the Black Panther voter intimidation. They really create their own issues.

1. That was the most hilarious thing I've seen in a while
So what did he do re: 2nd amendment? What do you object to? Which policies in particular are upsetting?

LOW INFO VOTERS

2. Holder, as AG, has flexability in enforcement of federal gun laws, of course.
I think a lot of the concern (or paranoia) is from stuff he could do regarding permeanant record-keeping, licensing of firearms dealers, and the technical details and interpretations of the US Code.

For example, I think I read an article on DU a few weeks ago saying that the ATF had revisited a law regarding the shippings of firearms across state lines. Formally, there was an exception that you could mail a broken gun back across state lines to the manufacturer for repair and have it returned to you in a like manner, but now it has to go through a federal firearms dealer. For a couple of added handling charges, of course.

This won't actually aid the fight against crime any, but it would make things just a bit more difficult and discouraging to be a gun owner... just because.

As far as I can tell, the Obama Adminstration has done more for gun rights than the Bush43 regime.

3. They seem to adopt issues fabricated by professional manipulators,
who are laughing all the way to the bank.

Oh the tangeled webs we weave, when first we practice to decieve.

4. No, they don't create their own issues, faux does it for them.
faux was all over this for weeks; Rachel showed just how dumb they really are. They didn't have a cogent argument, just talking points from faux, iow they couldn't even be bothered to use the google to find out what they're pissed at.

9. It was so clear that hadn't bothered to find out anything for themselves.

Rachel, as usual, zeroed right in: "But what, specifically, has been done to harm 'Second Amendment rights?'

Crickets. And then right back to hopping up and down with their signs.
