Fighting and losing = election win. Meekly accepting what your enemies will give you ...
... and then claiming how great it is = where we are today: voter apathy and large losses on the horizon.

Of course fighting doesn't necessarily mean losing. I think through fighting we would have had better victories. But whether we won or lost it would have been much clearer who's on whose side and why voting is so important.

Meanwhile, EVERYONE suffers because you chose political posturing over actually passing legislation that would alleviate suffering.
