3. Not always--in state elections it has been a swing state--remember Specter was a republican
for years and then they elected Rick Santorum. It's actually socially conservative state in many ways.

5. Sestak's campaign has, so far, been bland and wimpy.
When it has existed at all. I hope he catches fire soon or we will be stuck with this horse diaper Toomey.
