I don't think he is perfect, but the guy deserves a break.

Have a great vacation, BHO - (And don't fuck with Social Security!)

:hi: :patriot:

3. Saved from what? If Obama is gone, it will be to a republican president.

Is that what you'd prefer?

4. "Saved" from Obama, but who will be next?
Another Republican? Another Democrat that can't do shit because of Congress? Another Democrat that acts like a legislator instead of an executive?

10. As a guy who has actually been paid to be sarcastic
I'd just like to say that the internet is a poor context for sarcasm, as popular as it is, and that many of those comments fail to make the snark mark, and instead paint a weak and needy image of the President. A comment about the President should be understood by all who know of the President, it should not be necessary for the reader to know the author's personal point of view, because not all of them will and such posts should be about the President, not about those commenting about him.
You can call a thing support, you can call an apple a bridge. Posts 'about' Obama are often actually snarks directed at others, in which Obama is nothing but rhetorical fodder, a way to say 'I do not like them', and that is not a suitable use for the President of the United States, nor for the man Barack Obama. And I do not see that as support. If it is intended to be such I suggest a new approach to the tale.
Peace.

11. Check his post history--he's a pretty unabashed Obama supporter.
Just chill.

5. After Obama, who?
The choice is not between the lesser of two evils. It is the choice between active evil and somewhat meandering and diffuse good. A vote for a GOPuke--any GOPuke--is pretty much suicide for anyone not already among the handful of rich and powerful in this nation.

It is the equivalent of a death sentence for our flawed democracy and should be viewed that way.

6. AGREED! I urge everyone to vote Democratic in November and in '12...
even if you feel you have to hold your nose...The altenative is so much worse than the Democrats, even the bad ones...

Support those candidates you feel are worthy, but please vote Democratic.

8. You know what. I was thinking when I saw all the crap
the MSM was spewing about Michelle Obama's trip to Spain, and every time the Obama's dare go on a trip, what would have happened if the MSM had gotten behind the protests about Bush. What would have happened if the Democrats had shown such hate filled fervor about Bush in public, if we had set up organizations like the tea bags and ranted and rave all over the country. Can you imagine what the MSM would have done. Can you imagine the "concentration camps" the republicans would really have set up. Rounded up anybody who was violent and urged people to shoot and kill Bush. What would they have done to a person who put Bush image in a carnival show so people could throw darts at them.

We see what happened with mild protests. People were rounded up who were not even protesting. People just standing on the street and put in jail for days with no communication. Like at the GOP convention in NYC. And yet the tea bags and the radicalized republicans screw and rant and rave about taking "their" freedoms. I think they have a hell of lot more freedom to vent rage and hate than anybody else doing PEACEFUL PROTESTS during Bush's reign and believe me it was a reign. He had almost the same authority as a king and yet Obama is not allowed to make a recess appointment after Bush made hundreds.

12. Does not seem quite fair, does it? I think Obama will return to DC
recharged and ready to kick ass...at least I hope so. I have been waiting to see the GOP ket pushed around for a long time...let's hope it's on the Presidential Agenda now. He MUST realize by now that bipartisanship never was going to work and they don't understand polite disagreement or adult discussion...
