Moving on to Phase II of the mosque-oversy
Edited on Fri Aug-20-10 12:30 PM by rufus dog
Andrea and tool boy just on discussing how Obama is a Christian BUT he doesn't do it "right" like Clinton and Bush did!

Doesn't openly attend churches which leads people to question his faith - As per Andrea.

So a challenge, I will donate $10 to DU for the first poster who can provide a photo of GWB going into or in a Church during his 8 years as President.

See how many Church related pictures you can find of Mooselini/Bible Spice/Whore of BabbleOn for fun.

Edit: bad english

1. Geez, I wonder what reason Obama would have to decide to keep his church life private?
There couldn't possibly be any past events that would have influenced him to decide that he may want to lead his church going life in a way that isn't subject to media scrutiny.

2. In fairness Tool Boy Todd did try to go down that path
but Andrea would have non of that. She somehow knows Bush was a good Christian, how she knows that is not clear.

3. They sound Machivelian by it being about how it appears, to an electorate
they are probably talking about long prayers in front of people, and supporting that concept.

President Obama's religion is between him and God, in my view.

Although many people show a better heart in many actions. Hence why I respect him, and do not need to see him on tv going to a church.

This was in 2005:

"U.S. President George W. Bush Attends Church
WASHINGTON - JANUARY 16: (AFP OUT) U.S. President George W. Bush (C) speaks with Reverend Dr. Luis Leon (R), the rector of St. John's Church, outside St. John's Episcopal Church as he and his wife, first lady Laura Bush (L), leave after attending church services January 16, 2005 in Washington, DC. "

But then, there are these of President (not candidate or Senator) Obama leaving Church:

The thing is that President Obama isn't as public with his Church attendance as the Bushies were. He prefers private ceremonies in the White House. Thus, the people don't see that, and think he doesn't attend at all. Therefore, he can't be a Christian, and is a secret Muslim, as the idiotic logic goes.
