Support Sara Palin for President.
The best strategy for the destruction of the Republican Party would be to support Caribou Sara for a run at the presidency. If she forms a conservative party within the GOP we should definitely contribute to it. It could be a chance in a life time for the final destruction of the evangelical fascist GOP. This would be like taking a page out of the Rove's book of ultimate dirty politics.

1. I find now that there's nothing interesting about her or those who surround this putrid
family. I'd rather they mercifully fade into political obscurity.

5. AFTER 2012.
When she loses in Mondale-like fashion.

2. I have no confidence in America's ability to reject Palin in the ballot box.
I would prefer Republicans nominate someone who has two neurons to rub together. We spent eight years under a President who wasn't qualified to ask if you want fries with that. He surrounded himself with people like Cheney, who was appointed to help find a VP candidate and nominated himself. They then brought Cheney's cold war crew to wreak havoc from Pennsylvania Avenue.

We don't need another Bush or Grover Cleveland who were both to dumb to know shit when they smelled it. I just don't have the confidence that American's will say no to Palin who will be polished by the best team money can buy until she looks like Thomas Jefferson with Tits.

6. ...but where will the GOP find such a person - an intelligent republican?
Not any time recently, maybe not since the 1950's.

7. There are a lot of smart Republicans. I do not agree with them on policy.

New Gringritch is actually quite smart, a good politician, and a slime ball with no redeaming virtures.

And there are others. I wouldnl't want any of them as President or in any other elected office. But if we must have an opponent, the opponent should be someone who will pull his or her own strings.
