Not a mention on CNN.com or MSNBC.com about President Obama greeting Emperor Hirohito....
So, WHY are we talking about a right wing smear job on this website when there is not a mention on the websites of the corporate media about this?? I thought we were left-wing?

13. and Hirohito was a war criminal to boot!
Truman wanted Hirohito tried alongside all the other Japanese war criminals, but Republican hero McArthur kept the emperor on the throne in order to facilitate US occupation of Japan.

5. Perhaps CNN and MSNBC are trying to escape the Piffle Effect caused by . . .
coming too close to Fux News' orbit. As in "if there's no story, don't report it."

10. Yep, only Fox and DU.....
I watch CNN and Fox more on the weekends because there's less MSNBC coverage. The only news station I saw it covered on was Fox, and it wasn't even a lead story.

Typical weekend boredome-induced DU poutrage.

14. I'd Like to See Any One of Them Go To Japan
and not bow - or take off the shoes when you enter a house.

When I got back to the states, I was still bowing.

Sad country we live in.

'Outrage in Washington over Obama's Japan bow' Is the title

So much outrage that they can only find Bill Kristol and Bill Bennett to comment. The AP has become so right wing and pathetic
