Didn't she say that pictures (of carcasses, etc.) were disappearing from servers? Is that what I heard? That is serious shit, if true. Who, at what level is going through all the data online looking for BP oil spill photos? Maybe it's that same room at AT&T where everything was being copied by Bush/Cheney for their security surveillance purposes.

They could just upload it again or upload it somewhere else.
Maybe they're filing DMCA claims. "We created those oily birds and they're OUR intellectual property!"

If it's off some other servers, say on the internet or in her own offices then I'm not so sure about that. Machines can be compromised, but if she's saying it's more than one server is being broken into, searched for images and having those images removed, then I'm not believing it.

10. Because autopsies are done to determine cause of death, but once...

...the body is mutilated cause of death can't be determined definitively.

BP will pay according to how many deaths can be connected to oil and dispersants.
