...does not mean that she has a problem with black people.

Chances are she does have a problem with black people, but I don't think you can make a case for that from these two instances. She wants what she wants, and in these two situations, it happens to be black people who are preventing her from getting what she wants.

Besides, she lost so big on this one, there is no way her suit will go anywhere...
