and the people who are familiar with AR elections seem to be much more pessimistic about his chances as the results trickle in.
Intrade had Halter/Lincoln odds at 85/15 a few hours ago, they are 35/65 now.

36. Breaking: Lawyer files voter lawsuit in Garland County
Edited on Tue Jun-08-10 09:02 PM by Wandawilkerson
"The lawsuit, filed by Hot Springs attorney Ben Hooten, states that the commission intentionally scheduled only two polling sites for "the purpose of disenfranchising " minority, elderly, poor and disabled voters" in the county. It also says that "the greater part of the voting electorate are unable to find or reach" the polling places and are "thereby deprived of their right to vote"

My emphasis.

Greene raised no money in the contest, had no signs and no website.

Has Garland County votes been counted?
There's a lawsuit filed against Garland County (Hot Springs, AR where Bill Halter is very popular) because they reduced from 41 voting places to just 2 and Hot Springs is BIG!!

90. Relative turnout numbers among D's & r's?
Wondering whether any organizations will analyze the parties' turnouts compared to previous primaries, several years' worth. Were Dems less motivated than r's/tea types? The MSM line about voter rage against incumbents seems overdone...to create a "story." I consider the r's are much more to blame for the gridlock in DC. But does the average voter see this? Or even care? Most of MSM stories tar the entire establishment. :wtf:
