Feeney and Bense endorse Webster뭩 congressional bid

TALLAHASSEE � In that elusive club of past presiding officers of the Legislature, it pays to be a member.

Just ask former Florida House Speaker-turned-congressional candidate Dan Webster, who picked up the endorsements Wednesday of two other former Republican House speakers, Tom Feeney of Oviedo and Allan Bense of Panama City.

Webster is playing catch-up in a crowded GOP field for the right to challenge incumbent Democratic U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson of Orlando.
