Underwater oil spill VIDEO LIVE!!!
A new flow of oil emerged from BP's damaged undersea well in the Gulf of Mexico after a remote-controlled submarine cut into the well's riser pipe.

Pray it would be working to stopped leak

1. leak wont be stopped until August ... that new flow was expected ..

... but cutting the pipe was needed in order to put the tophat ... or the topcap .... or the topcat on. :)
