LCV endorses Bera for CA-3!

Elk Grove, CA — The League of Conservation Voters has announced their endorsement of Dr. Ami Bera to represent California’s 3rd Congressional District. _source_

I've met this candidate and spent some time in his Elk Grove campaign headquarters during a recent trip to the Sacramento area. He's exactly the kind of person we need more of in Congress.

Dr. Bera is THE Democratic candidate for the 3rd Congressional District, since his only Democratic opponent dropped out some time ago, and he CAN beat the very conservative Republican currently in office, Dan Lungren.

The last Democrat to challenge Lungren was Dr. Bill Durston, who lost by a very narrow margin. The time is right, and this race has attracted national attention.

Dr. Bera wants all the help he can get, so if you live in the area, please consider going to a Bera event and/or volunteering. Even if you don't live in the area, you can donate and I'd encourage you to do so.
