1. That's Barack Obama Step-Grandmother......
Who was married to Barack Obama's Father's father after Barack Obama's real Grandmother.
I believe Sara Obama was Grandfather's Obama's last wife, but is of no blood relation
to Barack Obama.

.... the President's father regarded Sarah as his mother ... and that's how the President refers to her (and his maternal grandmother Akumu too for that matter.) He calls Sarah "granny".

The original caption I quoted had "step" and I took it out on purpose. ;)
