PALIN CRIME FAMILY HYPOCRISY VS DAVID KERNELL

Oh….My…..God, Sarah Palin said, "... I do think there should be consequences for bad behavior." Well, then why doesn’t she report to the nearest prison here in Alaska. I am sure her ex-boyfriend that she appointed as director of the department of corrections, Joe Schmidt, can have a nice cozy cell arranged for her. How about one in the mental health unit at Hiland Mountain, where your psychopathy could be studied. If you protest about the abusive treatment they can chain you to the floor and make you beg for toilet paper.

Psychopaths, while often dabbling on the border of criminality, may never actually commit crimes for which they could be arrested, and many people who commit crimes are not psychopaths (although the majority of extremely violent criminals are).

BTW, they are often quite indignant about those who do get arrested for actual crimes because this is a way for them to differentiate their behavior and have themselves classified as non-criminal. This is one reason why Sarah Palin often portrays herself and family as victims. They very carefully study the law to make sure they fly under the radar or have a loop hole they can use to keep from getting charged with crimes. This means they are even more conscious of illegalities than many arrested for crimes. Often, they can be seen surrounded by sleazy lawyers who protect their every move. They have no conscience which directs them, they only seek to not be arrested and manipulate their public image. Right and wrong is not their guide, self gain is. Going after a kid who should have never been charged with a crime to begin with is part of Sarah Palin's publicity machine. David Kernell should not get anymore than community service and a tongue lashing from he judge.

Apparently these consequences for bad behavior only apply to non-Palins:

2. I feel bad for this kid

First of all, the kid didn't HACK into Sarah Palin's yahoo account. He bypassed her password which was protected by security questions such as "Where did you meet your spouse?" Since that information was widely available, her account didn't need to be "hacked" into.

Was it wrong of him to go into her account and post screen shots of some of her emails? Yes it was, but Palin's assertion that he was trying to derail the McCain Campaign is ridiculous. Also ridiculous is her statement that he is responsible for the Trig/pregnancy rumors - those rumors had been thoroughly debated by Alaskans since the spring of 2008, well before she was chosed as VP candidate.

Palin is playing up the damage this caused so that she can once again claim victimhood for herself and her poor persecuted family. I cannot believe that she is going after the kid so ferociously. This case has no business being tried in a federal court - the taxpayer money and resources being used for this could be used for far more serious crimes. This was a prank by a kid that used bad judgement. Compare this to the repug operatives who tried to plant a listening device in the office of a U.S. senator and somehow got the charge reduced to a misdemenor, and it's obvious that this kid is being made an example of.

I always thought Palin was a petty, spiteful, nasty person who kept tabs on every wrong ever commited against her, every perceived slight noted for future payback, but her lack of empathy for this kid is breathtaking. She compared this case to Watergate in its seriousness and she has made it clear that she wants this kid to pay dearly for this crime against her.

are trying to cover up palin's failings and manufacture them for Pres Obama is their neverending need to creat controversary for ratings.
